In addition to donations to Masonic appeals each year the Master of the Lodge will donate a sum from Lodge funds to his chosen charity. These will often be non masonic and in recent years have included Aerobility, Blind Veterans UK, British Heart Foundation, British Red Cross, Great Ormond Street Hospital, Help for Heroes, Legion Scotland, Lupus UK, Prostrate Cancer, Scotty’s Little Soldiers, The Royal Hospital Chelsea and The Gurkha Welfare Trust.
